When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, along with your company name and service interest if you choose to provide them. We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not use cookies or tracking scripts.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, for example to reply by email or schedule a call. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree to that, and we do not use it to make any automated decision about you.
Who sees it
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is only seen by the Ventranex Group team members who handle enquiries and our email delivery provider, which processes the message solely to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that relationship. Where no engagement follows, we delete it within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a question about this policy, contact us at projects@ventranexgroup.com.
