Ventranex Group was founded in Pretoria with a single conviction: that data and digital presence are not separate problems. Organisations that measure well and communicate well outperform those that do not.

We work across two focused divisions, bringing the same rigour to a Power BI dashboard as to a brand identity. Our clients range from financial services firms and NGOs to professional services companies, each operating in environments where the quality of information and the quality of image both matter.

We are a boutique firm. That means small teams, direct relationships, and no passing of work to people you have not met. Every engagement is led by someone senior, and every deliverable is held to a standard we are willing to put our name to.

Progress from week one

We do not run long discovery processes. We start with what you have, identify what needs to change, and build toward a defined outcome. Progress is visible from the first week of engagement.

Engagements are scoped tightly. We define success criteria before we start and report against them throughout. If scope needs to change, it is discussed and agreed before any additional work begins.

Context

The client was producing quarterly donor reports manually, pulling data from multiple disconnected systems. Reports were delayed, prone to error, and required two full days of staff time each cycle.

Approach

We audited the existing data sources, designed a unified data model, and built a Power BI dashboard fed by automated data pulls. We also established a monthly retainer for report production and data quality checks.

Context

The organisation was running programmes across three provinces with no standardised data collection method. Field staff recorded data on paper, and programme managers had no real-time visibility into activity levels or outcomes.

Approach

We designed a monitoring and evaluation framework aligned to the programme logic, built KoBoToolbox forms for field data collection, and connected submissions to a Power BI dashboard visible to programme managers in real time.

A newly established professional services firm needed a complete market-ready identity before a series of client meetings. They had four weeks before the first meeting and no existing brand assets.

Approach
